12 Days of Kicking Ass Workout Challenge – Day 6!

On the 6th day of Christmas Kicking Ass, Laura had us doooooo…..  150 puuuuuush-ups.”

Wait, what?

You heard me right. You’re going to do my 150 Push-Ups Thursday Throwdown from wayyyyy back in June. Oh summer, how I miss you. 

Watch this short video to see how that breaks down. You don’t have to do them all in a row. You do get a break! Where break means ab crunches, but whatever – your arms will thank you!

Beginners? Aim for at least 50 push-ups.
Intermediate Level? Aim for at least 100.
You bad-ass I-Got-This Advanced folks? All 150 for you!

Hiit this, then when you’re done whimpering, flex those pipes, preen a little (or a lot), kiss them, then sing my praises far and wide.
