All-Ball Buster HiiT Quickie!

Hahaha I said all-ball buster. 

This week’s workout uses a stability ball for the exercises, but in the preview video I offer alternatives if you don’t have one of those. (Why don’t you have one of those?!)

You know each workout comes with two videos, right? TWO! The first video is a demo of the 5 exercises plus suggestions to modify the moves to make them easier (and occasionally harder). The second video is the workout in Real Time – straight through. Just like popping in a DVD!
