Full Body Inferno – Cue My Music, Bitches

Are you feeling full and worn out from Thanksgiving? Me too. So let’s put all that excess and over-indulgence to good use and HiiT this week’s workout HARD!

We’re not messing around with this workout! We kick this off with some deep squats and high rows, then hiit the shoulders and chest hard, and top it off with some killer cardio and leg work while challenging your core, balance & agility! This one builds muscle, fries fat, and leaves you in a puddle! YOU’LL LOVE IT.

For this week’s workout you’ll need a set of heavy dumbbells, a mat, and an attitude.
