Who is This is Fit Workouts?
Laura Flynn Endres is a certified personal trainer (AFAA), certified Pilates instructor (Physical Mind Institute) & certified online personal trainer (inerTRAIN), homeschooling parent, writer, speaker, and unabashed smart-ass. She has been involved in fitness for over 25 years. She has a BS in Elementary Education & Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and worked as a group fitness instructor & volleyball & track coach before seeking her PT certification. A frequent speaker at nationwide unschooling conferences, it was this global outreach that inspired her to launch This is Fit Workouts as a way to share her passion for fitness with more people.
