Can you look in a mirror and say that about yourself?  For a long time, I couldn’t, even though I’d been exercising all my life.  When I looked in a mirror, all I saw were flaws.


If you are new to exercise, or haven’t exercised in a long time, you’ll want to make some modifications so the workout is appropriate to your current fitness level.
