(High-Intensity Interval Training)
HiiT is my jam! My personal favorite! HiiT involves short sets of high intensity exercise followed by shorts periods of recovery. It is a highly efficient and effective method for burning fat and improving body composition! It’s easy to fit into a busy schedule, and I know how to modify it to your current fitness level, so it works for all levels from beginner to advanced!
