Most people simply want to move better, feel better and look better, and if they’ll give me 6-10 weeks, I can make that happen.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HiiT)
HiiT is my jam – it’s my personal favorite! HiiT involves short sets of high intensity exercise followed by shorts periods of recovery. It is a highly efficient and effective method for burning fat and improving body composition! It’s easy to fit into a busy schedule, and I know how to modify it to your current fitness level.
Our needs change as we age. So should our fitness regimen. I have vast experience working with the 40+ crowd.
