12 Days of Kicking Ass Workout Challenge! Day 3

It’s sing-a-long time!

On the 3rd day of Christmas Kicking Ass, Laura made me chooooose…..  One of her 8-Minute Abs workouuuuuuuts…..” 

Speaking of sing-a-longs, just be glad you’re not part of my family on my father’s side. They’re loud, strong-willed, think jello is a valid Christmas side dish, and make us sing carols at our family Christmas. MAKE us. They round us up, young, old, feeble and strong, and corral us into one room, hand out lyrics and command us to sing it AND LIKE IT.

Anyhoo, today is Day 3 of our 12 Days of Kicking Ass Workout Challenge, and because it’s Day 3,  that means it’s ABS day! Why is Day 3 Abs day? 

Because I said so. You wanna make something of it?
